This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and great breakfast. The staff helped me with my luggage during my first stay, and Sunny was awesome too! Definitely coming back for Christmas.

All in all, it was useful base for traveling to Birmingham.

The hotel is super easy to find and has a few restaurants nearby, which is a plus! I appreciated the convenience of grabbing a quick breakfast to-go; the pastry and water were nice to have. Plus, the rooms were clean, which is always a relief when traveling.

But man, the overall vibe of this place was pretty rough. The hallways felt outdated and needed a good scrub, and the ice machine was broken. Not to mention, the pool was closed! Definitely not worth the money unless you’re really desperate.

Totally very good stay at check-in time. Came in Birmingham to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was ideal base for doing it. I loved the room with king size bed, my bed was comfortable.

Acceptable value for money. free parking. good breakfast. Good bedding.

Reception of the lamentable evening, we needed 2 rooms. For one the door did not open and other had not been checked (dismantled air-conditioning block and hs, room room room). We were even reassigned two correct rooms after complaining at the reception.

Straight facts, no fluff

This place is concerning, to say the least. The rooms are cramped and not clean, coupled with an unsettling environment where other guests act intimidatingly. The breakfast options are disappointing and may leave you feeling unwelcome. It's wise to prioritize safety if you're considering a stay here.

The size of the room was large, you could easily pass by. A table and two armchairs are a nice comfort. A lot of kanqlows on TV. Large and comfortable beds and above all, no suspicious chemical smell after cleaning.

The variety of challenging holes kept us entertained, and the scenery was beautiful. It was an excellent way to spend quality time with my wife.

My wife says that the air conditioning in our room was terrible. It was loud and didn't cool the room properly.

The hallway smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Also the air conditioner did not work that good. The hotel staff were friendly but the place just needed to be cleaned with air freshener.

Clean room but needs better upkeep

The room I stayed in was clean and had no issues with the bedding, always a plus. I noticed some areas where maintenance was lacking, such as peeling wallpaper and outdated amenities that really needed attention. Security could also use improvement since the outer door lock was missing.

There was no hand soap nor were there any toiletries in our room.
